Hansen Air Group was formed by Jon Hansen as a distributor for light sport aircraft. Jon’s goal was to make flying fun and affordable again. He recognized early on the enormous potential of the Sport Pilot and Light Sport Aircraft initiatives to fulfill this goal. He has been on the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) committee, which is responsible for drafting the standards for Light Sport Aircraft, for almost a decade.
